Custom Collapsible Rigid Boxes in Colorado

Standard rigid boxes have a significant logistical disadvantage — they ship and store in their assembled form, which is mostly air. A 40cm rigid box takes up 40cm of space whether it contains a product or not. For brands shipping rigid boxes from manufacturer to warehouse to customer, this volume cost accumulates at every step. Collapsible rigid boxes solve this problem by folding flat without sacrificing the quality signals of rigid construction.

Bespoke Boxes produces custom collapsible rigid boxes for Canadian luxury brands, e-commerce gift companies, and subscription services that want premium rigid box presentation at reduced logistics cost. A collapsible rigid box ships and stores flat — at 10 to 15% of the volume of a standard rigid box — and assembles to a rigid-feeling presentation box by folding up the sides and snapping the magnets into position.

The assembled feel is rigid, the presentation quality is premium, and the logistics cost is significantly reduced. Available in magnetic closure flip-top and lid-and-base configurations. Interior lining options including velvet, printed paper, and foam insert. All standard rigid box exterior finishes — soft-touch, foil, embossing — available. Prototype and sample production before bulk commitment is standard.
